1. What a preorder is
You are reserving extra virgin olive oil from the Cambareri family's 2026 harvest. Expected shipping window: Autumn 2026.
2. Payment
Payment is taken today via Stripe Checkout. You will receive a receipt by email.
3. Refund and right of withdrawal
You can request a full refund any time before shipment by emailing ciao@oliopino.com. Once you receive the product, you have 14 days to withdraw under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
