Products and Pricing
We sell premium extra virgin olive oil from the Cambareri family in Calabria, Italy. All products are described as accurately as possible on our website. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
- All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (BTW).
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- Our olive oil is a natural, seasonal product. Flavour profiles may vary slightly between harvests.
Ordering Process
Oliopino operates on a preorder system tied to the annual olive harvest (raccolta). Here is how it works:
- Each year, we open preorders for the upcoming harvest. The current harvest — Raccolta 2026 — is expected to ship in October 2026.
- When you place a preorder, you receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to availability. As a small-batch product, quantities are limited.
- We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Payment Terms
- Payment is collected at the time of preorder placement through our secure payment provider.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- All transactions are processed in euros (EUR). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right:
- Contact us at info@oliopino.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
- Return the products in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of notifying us.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (such as opened bottles of olive oil).
Delivery
We ship via PostNL to addresses in the Netherlands and the European Union.
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Belgium, Germany: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please note that preorder items ship after the harvest has been bottled — estimated shipping dates are communicated at the time of ordering.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Liability
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, weather conditions affecting the harvest, postal service delays, or government actions.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Maastricht, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us first at info@oliopino.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days.
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may submit your dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
