Our olive oil is a seasonal, small-batch product tied to the annual harvest in Calabria. Each year's production is limited.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via PostNL, the Netherlands' national postal service. PostNL provides reliable delivery across the Netherlands and the European Union.
Shipping Zones and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. For preorder items, dispatch occurs after the harvest has been bottled (typically October).
Netherlands
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Belgium and Germany
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Rest of EU
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
- Free shippingon all orders over €50.
- For orders under €50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure your olive oil arrives safely. Each order is packed in eco-friendly, protective packaging designed specifically for glass bottles. Our packaging materials are recyclable and sourced sustainably wherever possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment in real time on the PostNL Track & Trace page.
Issues with Your Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at info@oliopino.com. Include your order number and, if applicable, photographs of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the issue persists, get in touch and we will investigate with PostNL on your behalf.
